It’s about a corner space with northwest orientation, receiving the most sunlight. Currently, it’s divided into three rooms with glass partitions. Upon the future tenant’s preference, the glass partitions can either remain, creating a large open space, or be removed.
The office spaces are equipped with air conditioning and ventilation systems. A fire alarm system is installed, and wiring for office connection to video surveillance is in place. Shared spaces include a kitchen with a living area (47.20 m2), a ventilated enclosed smoking area (2.50 m2), separate male and female restrooms (with a total of 8 cabins) (44.60 m2), a terrace (166.80 m2), and an entertainment area (table tennis, foosball, board games…) (10 m2).
