Land plot – Coast – Korčula, Blaca

The land consists of four (4) parcels within the construction area which is located on the north side of the island of Korcula, district Blace. This is not yet fully built-up area and offers a good starting point for someone who wants to  invest. Zone is residential tourist zone according to the master plan (land plots are residential, and there is a plan for the marina at the peninsula. All the infrastructures are present on the plots.

Detailed town-planning scheme is adopted.

There is a paved road to the land plots (direction Prigradica-Babina). The works were completed three years ago and the condition of the road is perfect. Under the road is infrastructure; electricity, water supply from the main Neretva pipeline from Korcula, phone. There is also an additional path that leads to the land plots (Smokvica direction) which is currently not paved. Distance to Prigradica is 5 km, 7 km Smokvica, Blato 5 km.
Distance from the sea is approx. 60 to 100 meters. The terrain is sloped so terraced buildings can be constructed which allows for each object to has an unobstructed view of the sea, the island of Hvar and Šćedro, Pelješac peninsula and mountain Biokovo.
