Central location: it is located in Vlaška Street at one of the busiest spots in Zagreb, on European square. The neighborhood hosts government offices, courts, ministries, police headquarters, law offices, Croatian National Bank and a lot of foreign and domestic companies, travel agencies etc. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the main square.
The building was first mentioned in the records of 1881. On the basis of all permits, the reconstruction, extension, upgrade and adaptation of the building in question was completed from 2004 to 2006 when it was put into use. The same is fully equipped and connected to all city infrastructure. Inside the building was built a hydrant network, fire sprinkler sprinkler system, motion sensors, video surveillance system, heating and air conditioning system. During the reconstruction and adaptation, high quality materials and equipment were used, resulting in a valuable architectural solution.
