It’s about a corner space with northwest orientation, receiving the most sunlight. Currently, it’s divided into three rooms with glass partitions. Upon the future tenant’s preference, the glass partitions can either remain, creating a large open space, or be removed.

The office spaces are equipped with air conditioning and ventilation systems. A fire alarm system is installed, and wiring for office connection to video surveillance is in place. The floors are covered with parquet, and network and power cables run through them. Each workstation has connections for a computer, IP phone, and two power outlets.

All areas around and within the building (except the specified offices) are under video surveillance. Access control is managed with digital keys. All network cables are routed to a rack cabinet, which is connected to the server room on the ground floor. The server room is equipped with optical connections from HT, A1, Optima Telekom, and B.net, and the user only needs to choose a provider to sign a contract with.

By leasing office space on the floor, the tenant also gains the right to use the shared spaces of the business building located on the first floor. Shared spaces include a kitchen with a living area (47.20 m2), a ventilated enclosed smoking area (2.50 m2), separate male and female restrooms (with a total of 8 cabins) (44.60 m2), a terrace (166.80 m2), and an entertainment area (table tennis, foosball, board games…) (10 m2).
