A 70’s grade B office tower which is in need of significant refurbishment, but nevertheless provides basic office accommodation over 26 floors. The skyscraper consists of 3 parts: the middle (highest) reaches the 26th floor, the second  highest (western) the 21st floor, and the third (east) goes to the 19th floor. The facade is made of white marble and reflective dark green glass.
The building size is about 50 000 m².It is located in a fairly good position at the junction of Ulica grada Vukovara and Savska cesta. The infrastructure (air conditioning, piping installation, elevators etc.) has been maintained poorly for more than a decade, but there are signs that co-owners will reach an agreement on refurbishment. Completed 1976.
