Description

Ibler’s skyscraper is the oldest skyscraper in Zagreb. It has 10 floors and is popularly called “Wooden skyscraper”. It was built from 1956 to 1958, according to the project by architect Drago Ibler. The building is a business semi-detached two-story building with a residential eight-story tower – the Autocentar building, known under the colossal name “Wooden skyscraper”. The content structure is strictly differentiated with storefronts on the ground floor and office space in two floors of the tower base. The building is distinguished by its architectonical and architectural-typological value and is one of the key achievements of modern Croatian architecture. This skyscraper has been protected cultural heritage since 2004. The skyscraper has been completely restored externally in 2017.

Offices to let are located on the 1st floor and consist of approximately 22 offices, kitchenettes and two sets of toilets. The IT network was carried by parapet on the wall or somewhere and through the floor.
