Construction site is located in Istria, Buje municipality, Kaldanija (Caldania). Kaldanija is located 4 km northwest of Buje, on the main road Pula – Trieste. It is situated in the one of the most famous wine roads in Croatia with up to 23 well-known producers of wine, and it is a pleasure to explore roads of olive oil in which you can learn all about the production and processing of this famous fruit.
Site size of 560 m² is located only 5 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Slovenian border. Site has permission for construct a family house of 115 m² over two floors. Municipal and water contributions, and architectural projects are paid.
