The land is located in the village of Bašanija, north of Umag, on the road from Umag to Savudrija. The land is bordered on one side by the Mojmirska street which runs from the main Savudrijska streets toward the beach and promenade. The terrain is horizontal and is slightly elevated from sea level which provides an unobstructed view of the sea. The land is located in the second row to the sea, and between the plot and the coast is a small private camp.
